Anything in Texas? I am getting E-mails daily... I'm in San Antonio, but Houston, Dallas, Austin are kinda of a day trip if you know how to time the highway traffic.

I dont know about this thing, but I am excited we are hosting so many THP Experiences in your town.
Briggs Ranch is fantastic. Looking forward to the WorldWide Championship next week there.

I hear you! I really wanted to sign up for that one but the local Real Estate business was rough in Q4, and I couldn’t justify spending money on myself when it opened up in January... If I had known how I’d be booming now I would have done it just to have a break from work!

Hahah I get it.
There is literally a signup going on right now (Morgan Cup) and one that ended two days ago (victory cup) that are being held there haha

Well damn September would be nice… I really don’t need any more golf stuff! My goal for this year was to close 3 deals in a month. I have 2 under contract and another getting signed tonight that should close April 30. Maybe I owe myself a little reward?

If someone isn’t interested in the Cobra equipment, the Morgan Cup won’t be for them.

It’s an amazing THP Experience that literally hundreds sign up for and thousands follow along
