You are given one FREE hour... to spend with a “mental coach” OR, a “swing coach.” Which way would you go..?

I wouldn't wish dealing with my "mental" issues on anyone! 🤣🤣🤣

I would ask for chipping advice with the 1 hour.

What do I need a mental coach for if all I am playing for is a few bucks here and there?

Swing coach 13 times out of 10

swing, no questions. Help me fix my OTT.

Swing - it would be great to learn how to play golf. =)

I'm already mental, I don't need help with that.

Swing coach

Swing for me, if it was for my kid I'd say mental without a doubt.

Swing. I’ll be less mental if I’m hitting the ball well.

Swing coach ftw

Mental 100%

I don't know know what a "mental coach" does outside of being a psychologist.

Swing coach for short game.

I feel loke my mental problems with the golf game need WAAY more time than an hour.

currently, swing coach

Swing … don’t need mental coach , if the game l play for love of it , creates that much angst and fear , it’s time for another game )

that said I fear that if swing coach saw my game he would need , some metal coaching afterwards )

Every time I have gone to a swing coach I go mental, so this is a tough choice.

swing because don't think anyone could help my mind in an hour

however, swing is not a no brainer. when I was hitting fatties and slices decades ago, I wasn't thinking about much of anything and the swing coach would be easy choice. As I've learned better mechanics my mind and or the lie/footing that I have are now the biggest challenges to a quality strike.

maybe I'm the only one who rushes a chip but even on a shot requiring no power I often get sped up; seems more mental then stroke mechanic to me.
