My Interest in golf tournaments has changed

Interesting thread, for me it has changed from watching any golf to now only hard core watching important golf as follows:

1- Masters
2- U.S. Open
3- Ryder Cup
4- Players Championship
5- Open Championship
6- PGA Championship
7- Everything else highlights only

I agree with the previous posts about Wie. She is a compelling story for me and I enjoy watching her play. Just reminds me of the younger Tiger days and I always hope she turns into that of phenom. Thus concreating my theory that people love shiny things.

I'm still at the stage now where I just love watching any golf. I'm nowhere near good enough to be able to make informed decisions about who is playing well and not without referring to the leaderboard!

I'm very much looking forward to The Open next week just because there's so much coverage here in the UK on the TV. I really wish we had a dedicated golf channel on cable which had instructional programmes on, like you guys get in the States.
