Picard: UGH, I need more episodes now!

Final episode of Picard just finished up. Really really enjoyed it.

Not at all how I figured it would all play out with the synths.

For the ending:
Spoiler

Loved that Riker wasn't just a one-off!
As soon as they showed the host body again in this episode I figured that Picard would get transferred there (as soon as he had the brain issue on the ship)

Is it weird that I still think Brent Spiner looks more normal as Data, than as regular human Brent Spiner?
I always think of Spiner in other roles as a bit of an A-hole LOL, but Data cannot be as such.

Engage!

The series as a whole I liked very much. The ending of the first season was too predictable and you knew the end not more than 5 mins into tonight’s episode if you didn’t already figure it out during episode 9. There was a bit too much cheese going on, but I don’t want to spoil it.

Now that the series has spent the whole season developing the main characters, I do hope they pickup the series action a bit in the second season with a few stand alone episodes or small arcs. Spreading out one arc over 10 episodes makes for too many poor episodes.
