Somehow my buddy and his friend had both of their jet skis break down on their way to the boat landing to pull them out for the season. Luckily I was around and they were only a mile from our place so I was able to tow them into the boat launch. It was only 47º so they would have had a chilly wait for a rescue form the sheriff and he would have frowned at their lack of life jackets. Almost all the boats are off the lake for the winter as mine will be by tomorrow. I love the fall weather and change of seasons but it's a little sad to see the golf and boating season coming to an end.
