Takeaway looks a little inside. Try to keep the clubhead outside your hands on the way back.

Your swing looks a lot like mine. One thing I see that I do wrong is not keeping hands inside of the club head on the takeaway. I have been working on that lately and seeing more consistent shots at the range.

THIS! I have just started to make this correction and it is night and day strike wise. I have never seen ball flights like I have when I do this. It will feel weird so you will have to just trust it.
