Had an incredibly smooth swing, esp. for his time. Golfers swung much more naturally back then. Could still learn from his swing today.

He was one of my favorite players when I was younger

I was at the 1967 PGA Championship in Denver and followed him around with Don Massengale in the 18-hole playoff. Brilliant ball-striker.
