Scents and or tastes that trigger vivid memories?

Fresh cut grass takes me back to my mama's front porch in the summer.

Frying sausage takes me back to my grandma's kitchen.

Heavy rain near a river reminds me of all the time spent as a kid catching bait/fishing.

The smell of the road after it rains on a hot summer day always reminds me of when i was young in Nebraska.

I can no longer drink vodka after The Incident.

Southern Comfort still reminds me of the time I drank most of a bottle and then puked it all up in high school.

We’ve had the same experience. 30+ years later, I still dry heave a little everytime I see a bottle of that stuff, 😂.

Bamboo… reminds me of the local shops we visited when Dad was stationed in Okinawa. Very distinct. Stateside, the Pier One stores smelled similar to the shops.

Oscar de la Renta perfume.

Dated a girl decades ago that competed in beauty pageants that wore it. As soon as I got the slightest wiff of her entering a room I became instant jello. Only smelled unique on her, as when I'd pass other girls that wore it, it didn't have the slightest effect on me.
