Swings: http://youtu.be/ZdCRt_CQymM

My first time posting a video here. A couple things I noticed: my takeaway starts a bit with my hands; my right leg gets too straight; and I think I'm rotating my hips too much.

Any thoughts/advice/drills are appreciated.

My advise would be to work on the three things you listed. Start the swing with your shoulders not your hands and maintain the angle created with your arms and club at address. No reason to add wrist flex.

Keep the right leg flexed through out the entire swing. When you turn your shoulders, turn them over the inside of your right leg. This will stop you from the reverse pivot I am seeing.

Hold the angle created with the right arm and club on the backswing on your down swing. You are releasing early and it's not a cast but an early release. Because of your reverse pivot your club releases where it should if you didn't reverse pivot. By the time the club reaches impact your are completely open to the target so you cut across and hit a weak shot.
