If you any of you get a chance to go to Peter Luger Steakhouse in Brooklyn (or even the one on Long Island), do yourself a favor and get the bacon appetizer. Every once in a blue moon when I go there for lunch, I'll get a cheeseburger(criminally underrated here) and order the bacon appetizer to top it. Doesn't get much better than that.

We buy the thick cut Fletcher's bacon at Costco - it's amazing! I've yet to find bacon anywhere that's as good.
