The US Open at a Pebble Beach

Looks like the US Open is going to be visiting Pebble Beach fairly regularly in the next few years. It’s going to be held at Pebble in 2027, 2032, 2037 and 2044. The woman’s Open is to make regular appearances too. I don’t know if the USGA use a roster system like the R&A but I think this is great news (especially for me LOL.). I’m completely biased, but it’s a great course that is a good test on its own and looks great on tv. Maybe why I saw they were constructing a new green on 8 when I last played. Making a hard hole and whole lot harder!!!!

They are aligning with a hand full of places to cover about 75% of all USGA events for the foreseeable future. They are the 3rd announced.

Sounds like they are going to a system more like the R&A then with a core roster of courses.

I like it. Pebble Beach is one of those Bucket list courses and looks amazing on TV.

I'll go along with Oakmont and Pineurst. Pebble Beach is overrated.
