Greens were punched over 2 weeks ago but the snow we got pretty much ruined the recovery. They looked like they were punched 3 days ago. The rest of the course is in good shape, really wet still. I got a golf now time so it was worth that but zero chance it will be worth paying the rack rate this weekend. I think there is still 1 spot open for sweetbriar Saturday morning. Phil booked 2 foursomes and I think we only have 7. It is at the 18 course as well so it is so much less penal than Roses was. How's the conditions of the course? Might be playing it this weekend.
It came on a silly dogleg 5 which is basically a forced layup unless you can carry it 280 or so. Hybrid off the tee in a great spot so the hole should be easy after the tee shot. Had 300 in maybe so lay up with a hybrid from the fairway which I proceed to chunk about 100 yards into a crap lie in the rough. Catch a flier that goes about 45 yards left of the green on the next tee box. From there I had tree issues so it was tight, totally misjudged and flew the green into a lateral hazard, so 5th is penalty, and even with drop it was awkward. Bladed a wedge back over the green again to the other side, then chipped in for double 7.This is enjoyably confusing.
Dominating.Brent chips in on 5 and we get another hole.

Dominating.
Very true statement. To be fair we aren't even playing that horrible. They're just tearing it up
Another par for Brent and we win the hole.
