Had the opportunity to play today and the conditions were not good. Fairways (Bermuda) were very dormant, basically dead and had the painted green fertilizer or whatever they use to try and enhance the appearance. Greens were not in the best shape either with tons of divots never repaired. Here some pics after pretty disappointing experience. We started on hole 10 today.
