What cigar did you smoke today?

No I haven't. I would love to go to big smoke some debris think I'm banned from just about every casino there.

My last was a Enrique Mons Hand Rolled special he made at 60ring! AMAZING.....I think I have 4 left. I also had an Asylum Ogre 70
 
I found a Ronson refillable torch lighter at Walmart for 6 bucks and it works great and has lasted 2 months so far
 
Its typical, this one cost 6 bucks works great and I have not lost it. Had a $50 one and left it in a cart, never fails. Cheap ones are the best
 
Torches : got a xikar. Although I'm digging the disposable options

Rocky P Vintage '90. I effed the cut apparently but it's a great cigar. Aged a month or so. Nice dark flavorful.

Let's talk cutters and your techniques.
Hard and fast cut or slow and deliberate?
Moisten it a bit before you cut?
V cutting anyone? I'm tempted to try it

this one: moistened it a bit but not long. Put a hard and fast snap of a cut on it w my Palio cutter.

Cut it dry with a guillotine cutter. Hard and fast, but I only cut off the cap. A very small amount.
 
Cuban Crafters "perfect cut" for me. Quick and precise. Otherwise, dependent on cigar I may punch.

I moisten it a little. And then a quick and precise cut.
 
Stick it in my mouth for a second and then cut. I'm a bit of a biter so my cigars all look mangled when I'm done. There is no cap left as I spit it out after if falls off usually about 1/3 through.

I'm just a hard core cigar smoker - no cutting or toasting routine. I just want it blazing and then smoke it to the nub.

Had a Diamond Crown Julius Caesar yesterday during the round. What a fabulous smoke.
 
Went to a big wedding this past weekend in Tampa, Florida. The daughter of Carlito Fuente Jr.

There were trays like this all around the outdoor pavilion area...constantly refilled.

I know. What was even more insane were the titans of the industry in attendance. I sat and spoke with Pete Johnson (Tatuaje Cigars), Rocky Patel, Robert Levin (Ashton/Holts Cigars) and Jorge Padron. An unforgettable evening for a cigar snob like me!
 
Went to grab some cigars to put in my golf humi and I realized I need to start tossing the empty boxes on top of and around the humidor. Also I realized I've never been this low on cigar inventory since '09. Time to stock up.

A bit more full bodied than I normally smoke but very good. Will be great will a little more time. These are at 2 months
