What golf course setup makes it the toughest for you to score?

I chose small fairways which for me shouldn't be the case since I started playing the game at Princeton Country Club and other tree lined courses back east. Since living in the desert for 13 years, the wide fairways have made courses with narrow or small fairways a challenge for me now.
