Interestingly I took my new trainee to a local spot called Beertown for lunch today. Just as we were about to order I asked him if he had even been to the Lancaster Smokehouse.

Being north of the Mason dixon line it’s smoked wings unless I have it on good authority then brisket and pork is good, any even then I’d go brisket over pork as getting that buttery pulled pork goodness is not easy to do…

I’ll say this, there are two things I would NEVER order - salmon and the veggie burger
