Who are are some of golfs current cast of characters?

Some of the characters ( or big personalities ) I enjoy are Miguel Angel Jimenez, Beef and the O.G John Daly. For me, characters add another layer to the game. There is definitely no shortage of characters at most local courses but it’s good to see some of the tour guys with larger than life swagger.

Max Homa shows a lot of it on social media, but not so much on course usually. I really like him.

Agree somewhat with @wazzubrew, brand building is priority for some , the sum of which is dull colourless boring personality.

I would say none of the current players present anything that’s demonstrably, overt or extroverted ..with any naturalness . We saw Higgs and co , that was a exception that was within the circumstance of the hole and tournament …

but moreover players are fashionably the same ( poulter maybe exception ) and the champions tour where some are worth viewing - Jose MO . But behaviour and even the way they answer any questions .. stock standard give nothing much response …

Even the spectators sometimes are more animated and interesting in dress ) lol
