Just got a EXO Seven and seeking best way to add at least 30 grams at the head (not counterbalance). Previously used 375 gr Piretti 35” and new Seven is 350 gr and 32”.
Swings way too light.

For that much weight, probably either a shaft tip weight and/or tungsten powder down the shaft. Doubt you really want to put 30 inches of high density lead tape on the head.

Kinda on this topic, does anyone know the inside diameter of the shafts on the EXO....just saying...in case someone needed to replace one.

With that Exo Seven head it should be easy to add some adhesive backed wheel weights to where they wouldn't be visible at address. Something like these from the link below. I have a dozen or more putters that I've added weight this way. Most of these weights are easy to cut with a utility knife if you need to shape them for a certain spot on your putter. They can also be stacked on top of one another. An added benefit is you could wind up with a higher MOI putter when you are done.
