I'm gonna convert to a belly putter. Just having a helluva time finding one to roll. I may just use that extension kit because I still love the feel of my DART..... But I just saw JMans project... MAN!

220g heavy stepless belly shaft

Grip was actually from elsewhere as GS only had 17" grips at the time and this is a 21" red and black Winn. Cheap little project IMO.

If you do it remember the added length will change the feel of the headweight. I figure I'll add 30g to my Lajosi LPS1 and adjust from there.

Fun trial run, much safer than just ordering a Lajosi or Mills belly putter like my knee jerk reaction was...plus I won't be killed in my sleep this way, I gotta lay off till christmas LOL

How would it change the feel of the headweight, and what can I do to sort of equal it back out so it feels right again if I were to do this? It would be a winter project.....

I rolled one at PGA superstore today they had a heavy putter and a yes one...tbh it feels a lot better then my normal putter but I had a lot of trouble with aim and consistency with it.

Hmmmm I'm gonna be stopping by there tomorrow on my way to my friends house. I'll have to check those two out! Thanks for the heads up broski. I had that issue with the long putters but maybe with time it gets better?

Thats what I was thinking...its something new that you would have to get used to. They really make you want to hit the ball hard though I sent a ton at the hole that just flew by.

I'm gonna be trying this as well. I'm not a sucker for the flavor of the month usually but anything that could help me putting i am willing to try.

Pondering a new putter. I'm thinking I want a blade again. The mallet (XG Hawk) doesn't bode well with my eye. I've always hit blades until a few months ago.

Ok, I'm officially pondering the FL 3wood. If JB put it back in his bag over the Octane then something about it is awesome. JB, you've played golf with me, is this a good ponder?

Dude I think it's a very good ponder. I struggled a little at first with mine but I've been killing it lately. This thing hits high bombs!

It could be. Especially with the right INTL Flex Code to assist with your swing. Its a bad a$$ club and possibly the best FW I have ever played.

Hmm, well, to be honest, I'm pondering one on the Bay and I don't know what the flex code is.

It really is an amazing club...Hits it great and the best thing is that it is a bit longer then most FWs so its also great off the tee when you need distance.

This might help TC. Think the FL use the C Kua 43x, here's link to Miyazaki shafts

It's still A/R/S/X. If you custom something up could maybe get into a Dromos or Kusala, but I have no idea how that would work with a FW and fitting.

EDIT; just checked Cleveland's online store and you can get a Kusala shaft installed, Dromos not offered.

Dude, I remember hitting those at the outing. Solid club and I almost OEMed one after the outing. I went with the Mashie M1 instead. Same family :)

Straight push right. Can't even tell you how I fixed it. It just started working.:D

I have to say CL, that considering how well I've been hitting the SL 290, this FW might find its way into my bag.

My fl 15 is by far the best 3 wood I ever owned. Hit it 240 on good days and it just makes the ball fly threw the air like a rocket

I have to say it's the first one that has made me consider it a worthy replacement to my beloved SteelheadIII. The head is great off the tee and off the deck. My only remaining issue is that off the deck I still push it right. I hit the ball solid but I just push it straight right. Off the tee though I am hitting it long and straight

Interesting. I don't hit 3 wood off the deck, its just a more accurate club off the tee for me, and I think this might do the trick. I do love my 2.0 though.

It is a very rare shot for me. I used to do it all the time. Since I moved more to course management it is a very rare shot. I've played I think 5 rounds or so with the Cleveland and I think I've hit 2 3W's off the deck. Both OB straight right.

I have that shot in the bag./

My belly putt extension thing should be here tomorrow. Hopefully it gets here before I go play, if I go play.

I'm pondering some SCOR wedges after perusing that porn thread. Those sticks are saweeet!!
