Did you read the article on the home page? Nothing was confirmed. It was a question asked because it was a loud talkaed about item and THP learned that they were getting close.
 
Didn't read the whole thread but a guy that is local to Orlando plays at some clubs with some Rife employees or ex-employees as they have been cutting staff (around 50%) and are about to go under. This would make them a prime target to get bought right now. No info on Puma purchase though.
 
I want to know if Rife exhibit at the 2011 PGA show?
