Things got moving quick towards the end. 16 was a great bogey save from a tough lie in the bunker. 17 was a little good luck when my tee ball caromed off a tree in play and a little bad luck when a root affected my approach. Shouldn’t have been hitting from there I guess. Another good bogey there. 18 was a ho hum par on the closing par 5.
+15 on the day to shoot an 87 net 72. I get 15 as a 13 n my home course. I could’ve done better, I should’ve done better, but I didn’t. Que sera. But my off season changes are taking hold. As soon as I see enough bad results my mind will adjust. Not a bad way to start the active season.
