Tonight.. Salisbury steaks + baked potato + salad
Tomorrow night: Prime Ribs, and maybe something small that could fit on the plate next to all 20oz of each steak.....

I made pork tenderloin with a apple mustard sauce and pasta for dinner. It melted in my mouth and was SO tender. Best meal I've made in a while now.

Last night I made an amazing dinner.

Homemade Bison Burgers, with sautéed spinach and caramelized onions, topped with pepper bacon and a splash of A1. To compliment it I whipped up a side of fresh Guacamole. Damn that was GOooooood!

I never thought Arby's was that bad... I haven't had it in years, but I always thought it was pretty good for your standard fast food w/ plastic cheese.

chicken and chorizo sausage taco night.....little lettuce, tomato, bell peppers,reduced fat cheese and sour cream....dinner is ready under 30 minutes and the leftovers in the fridge are now gone.
