U10 scallops are going on the pellet grill with a lemon garlic butter sauce. Pretty excited.

Going with BS Chicken Breats (big suckers, about 18oz each on average), homemade rice pilaf, and.... still trying to decide.

Chicken breats will be oven baked at 400* until 165, best way I've found to keep them juicy and safe. Probably Italian seasoned and/or marinated. Pilaf will be pan seared in butter then simmered until done. Probably do a spinach salad but not sure. I've got some huge potatoes so might bake one or two for all to share (they're literally over 2# each so 2 is plenty for all of us). Hopefully I'll have some food porn pics to share later.

BBQ chicken drummies with some noodles and maybe a nice fat loaf of garlic bread.

Happy happy leftover grilled chicken from tacos and leftover steak and leftover grilled veggies - all of which means...

Loaded nachos, ya’all.
