Jamie Farr (spoilers)

Paige MacKenzie made a couple of birdies to get to +1. Still, ,that's only good enough for T116. She also tweeted something about a hurt wrist.

Amanda Blumenhurst finished +2 (T125).

Love the pics, Harry. Thanks.

Looks like Suzann aced #2. That never hurts.

I loved this tweet form Suzann, as if another swing could have been better when you have an ace?

suzannpettersen Hole in one today, seven iron one foot short and in the hole. 154 yards. It was my best swing today..6 under and in a good position.
about 14 hours ago from web

Morgan in contention another week, love to see that! Also nice to see Suzann feeling and playing well. I would actually like to see Michelle Wie win this so that she gets into the Open. (If Morgan doesn't win)

Im with you Soxy. We are pulling for Michelle.

In addition to getting into the Open, a win would give her 60 Solheim points. That moves her up to about the 13 spot depending on what the other ladies do this weekend. She would then have a chance for double points at the US Open and would most likely make her the "hot" player if she were to keep things up for the captain's pick. I think that makes Beth Daniel's job a lot easier since I am sure there is pressure for her to pick Michelle for the extra media attention she would bring.

Agree 100%. However the people on that list in front of her in points have not really been relevant in the recent months for the most part. Not like she has anyway. They have experience, but that is about it.

I agree and I think Julie Inkster is your lock pick to bring that experience which lets you free up the other pick. Hopefully Michelle just keeps playing well. I would like to see her under the pressure of the lead group on a Sunday. That is the only thing I am worried about with the Solheim, the pressure for her.

I think for a player like her, there is actually more pressure with the regular tournies and winning than there would be in a team event.

I was going to say the same, JB. I was suprised at the vehemence from the Grey Goose 19th Hole guys last night about only one of Inkster and Wie having substance and the other being all show or something (i.e., Inkster has the substance). Have they looked at Wie's results this year? You tell me which player is the substantive golfer here (clearly neither is a flash in the pan, as suggested by what's his name):

Player A 2009 stats:
STARTS: 10 VICTORIES: 0 TOP 10 FINISHES: 0 EARNINGS: $130,210.00

Player B 2009 stats:
STARTS: 10 VICTORIES: 0 TOP 10 FINISHES: 4 EARNINGS: $361,960.00

Hint: Wie is Player B. I realize Inkster brings experience and a moderating presence of some sort for the girls. But you also need someone who can play, and right now Wie is playing better than Inkster despite the huge gulf in golf experience. Because Diaz also comes with experience, I'd say the choice should not be Inkster or Wie, but Inkster or Diaz.

I saw that too WSE. Those are the same people that say Tiger is "off" since his come back. Wie has played extremely well with 4 top tens and the fact that she is even in the hunt considering the others have been earning points for longer says something.

Anna Rawson and her Godaddy staff bag.

STARTS: 12 VICTORIES: 0 TOP 10 FINISHES: 0 EARNINGS: $52,545.00

Just spoke to our friend at the event and he said the scores should continue to go very low today. He said that with the way the course is setup, it would not shock him to see the leaders at -15.

He also chimed in with a couple of things. After the rounds, less than 5 players went to the range or putting green to work on their game. He found that a little odd. He also found it odd that that most of the girls before their round did not practice putting for more than 15 minutes this morning.

Sarah Kemp is now -9 for the tourny. She is -6 today through 15. In 1st by herself right now. Lots of players in that -4 to -7 teeing off soon.

I guess our friend was right this morning with his report. Kemp is now -10 for the tourny and -7 for the day with 2 holes left.

WOW. Kemp is now at -11 and -8 for the day. Scores are starting to go REAL low today with so many on pace with shooting 67 or less

Kyeong Bae is -7 through 13 holes. She shot a -1 under 70 yesterday.

Wie moves to -2 on the day and -8 overall through 7 holes today. Currently tied for 3rd.

Michelle Wie bogeyed but then came back a few holes later and got the birdie back. She is tied for 3rd

Wie just birdied again to go to -9 and in a tie for 2nd.

Wie has a great outfit on. Pink Skort with white and pink top and white belt. So glad we finally have it on TV. Gulbis is playing with her and playing well too. She is wearing the red/orange thing and looks like an apple.

Pressel also playing extremely well at -9 and looks like a bumblebee.

Watching the leaderboard scroll across the top, GG and I noticed that there were like 3 pages with the last name of Kim
