Question about my Ogio Chamber bag

There are some small plastic loops that appear to be for straps on my ogio chamber bag at the top near the front handle (next to the elastic towel loop) and at the bottom. Does anyone know what they are intended for?

Also, does anyone know if the larger Super Stroke putter grips will fit in the chamber for the putter in this bag?

The loops are for the quick connect to their X4 push cart.

Yes, they will. Snug but they do fit. 2.0 confirmed.

I've got an ogio bag, and agree the 2.0 is probably the biggest that will fit, but it does fit.
