good luck this morning everyone
 
Weight sent in down 3 pounds for the week. I will take it
 
Weight sent it. Ugh I didn't want to hop on the scale. Up a couple LBS. Was doing good all week and superbowl weekend killed me. Oh well, new hockey season starts this week so it should help.
 
Man, something has got to give here. 191lbs. Stuck at that 190-191lb plateau for a good month.

I simply must break into the 180's. It is a huge goal to get back there again!
 
I'm up a bit too. Bad weekend - I wasn't as careful as I should have been, plus the meds worked against me. Hoping for better numbers next Monday!

OK I'm going to say these first weeks were my warm up and now it's time to turn it on, new exercise regiment going into play this week!

My best week was when I was hiking in Estes but that was four straight days of sweating my butt off, I don't know if I can do that everyday. But I do know I can get into a better habit of being active each and every day with some form of exercise.

I had a bad week after not really going anywhere the two weeks before. Time to kick it into gear.

It's a P90x style program. I can't remember the exact name. But I'm going to do it in the basement each night.
 
I did my P90x chest & back dvd today, 1 for 1 so far this week.
 
More cardio is on the schedule for tonight.
 
It's important to remember that one bad day or bad weekend won't stop you from losing weight overall. Just get back to it and stay with the process.
 
Got my weight in. Didn't lose but didn't gain either. Junk food sat & sun killed me... I need to do better about riding my exercise bike.

What a crappy week (and Super Bowl) I had. Just a reminder for me that a lot of hard work can be thrown away in a day or two of bad decisions.
 
Hopped on the scale this morning.... 178 lbs.... uh thats not right. Step off, Get back on. 191 lbs. Darn it.
 
I hate when that happens
 
Only had time to run 1 mile last night. Better than nothing, but I need to really step it up if I'm going to see any real change.
