Keeping wife happy, giving her a day. We drove 9.5 hours to the outer banks of North Carolina to see a lighthouse she has always wanted to see.

Have a safe trip home to those still traveling.

Good man CJ. Was it open? Back in the 70's I think you could go to the top with a park ranger escort.

For those with the group today this will go down as the highlight of the day. Classic! Well done Golfinff.

Snakes!!!

Just got home, I am exhausted but loved playing the RTJ course. Did not play well but still tickled with all 5's on the front for a 45, although not a good score it is definitely something unique to remember, aside from T0AD's bridge shot. Shot one better on the back. Enjoyed the day with v.man & T0AD even though Seth was 2 holes in front backing everyone up.

Not even going to give my score for Fazio today. Still plagued by silly newbie mistakes. Cleaned some of it up on the back nine (17 putts and a chip-in for birdie) but off the tee is killing me. Once I clean that up who knows ... maybe it'll be my turn for a hall of fame slot. In the meantime looking forward to playing a lot of golf with the Carolinas THP contingent.

Once again, many thanks to Morgan, JB, and Mike for setting up a fabulous event. Loved every minute of it.

Nice birdie. That isn't a easy hole! Congrats

Thanks. More luck than skill, but it looks the same on the score card either way so I will take it.

Hope everyone has a safe trip home. Work tomorrow is going to be such a letdown.

Nice job Tom!!! Sand bagger!!

Glad the rain held off for you guys!!

LOL. Says the guy who took my lunch money on Saturday. Before we know it, those lessons are really going to pay dividends for us and we're going to be tearing courses up.

It got pretty gusty on the last four or five holes, but thankfully it held off until we hit the road.

Hope the wife enjoyed Cape Hatteras, it's a lovely place. My wife enjoyed meeting you guys, and I think that's going to play in my favor in future THP events. I'm not sure she knew what to expect. Now she keeps calling THP the "Match.com of Golfing".

Have a safe trip home!

My wife got to take a little trip, earlier today it was my turn...

I've been meaning to go for a number of years, it was a bit off our optimal path but my wife and I are glad we visited.

Flight 93 crew and passengers... Thank you. May your heroics on that day be forever remembered.

Thanks to all serving to protect us.

Awesome side trip Slice, thanks for the pictures.
