7i in my head= around 150 plus or minus 5yds. Internet 7i= 185-195 Most 7i's I hit = ??? depends on how good a bounce it gets off the tree.

About 190 is my full 7 iron. At 180 I am definitely grabbing it and at 200 a 6 iron is usually my choice.

I only hit mine about 125-130 on average.

170-180. I imagine that ll go up when I get some more modern iron tech.

Around 165-170 depending on lie and wind

227 , I toed it a bit but it will do

Even with my AMP Cells and jacked up lofts, I don't get it out there much more than 160 carry.

Around 180.

I hit mine between 160-165 carry on a normal shot i can step on one and get it out 175 carry but it might not go the direction i want it to

165-175

I play mine to 150. It's likely the people I play with, but I'm actually about 10 yards longer than many at my home course. But then, many at my home course are retired and I'm 32. At the same time, I'm definitely on the 'shorter' end of other people my age at the course, and I'm typically 10-15 yards shorter than most of them.

Comparisons are fine so long as you recognize all the factors. For instance, I know that many my age at my home course hit their 7 iron further than me, but I also know the clubs they are playing and that their 7 iron has the same loft as my 6 iron.

Mine goes about 155 with a smooth swing.

170 to 180 depending off the fairway in perfect lie

Last year, 135ish. This year, ~160... Still dialing it in, but had a lot of lessons.

What's your 7 iron distance?

1-190 yard carry. depending on quality of strike and wind

I used to get around 175 out of my burner irons but they are what you would consider a strong lofted iron. Out of my current set I seem to be around 160-165 fairly consistently.

If you want comparison info you should also ask where you live and what loft. A jacked up loft + high altitude player is completely different from traditional lofts + low altitude.

That being said I'll pull my 7-iron for anything between 150-170 depending on conditions. If no spectacular conditions, then ~160 is my distance.

One fitty usually. 200 yd on the 148 yd par 3 I played on Sunday. Couldn't get it to hop and stop on the cart path.

170 with my SpeedBlade.

155 with my i20.

I'm around 155.

180 with a nice Texas tail wind :)

Living in Ohio there is two golf seasons

"Spring/Fall" 7i = 150-155
"Summer" 7i = 160-165

155-160 on average, but I surprise myself in the 170-175 range regularly enough to bother me

Like Ohio, the Northwest has two seasons. For the two days of summer, my 7 iron comes in around 165-170. For the other 363 days, I lose 5-10 yards off of that.

140 - 145 or so.

145-155 for me

average about 150, haha
