Looks more like the "club" portion is synonymous with "shop" or "fitting centre." Which I think is cool.
 
I would think a club that reads the weather, would be considered non-conforming as the rules stand today. That's not to say they couldn't change it at some point in the future obviously.
 
Companies will put pattens on ideas without intention of bring it to market
 
Nike makes great clubs but they're just weird.
