I gotta go with the following:

Mozzarella sticks and Buffalo wings for the appetizer
My mom's homemade chicken and dumplings and au gratin potatoes for the main course
Garlic Bread along with the main course
And for dessert, a choice of caramel apples or carrot cake
And to drink, a multitude of bottled root beers from local and imported breweries

Seafood bisque
Mixed Green salad with a nice balsamic dressing
Rib-eye steak
Black truffle risotto and garlic mashed potato
Apple crisp with homemade ice cream

A great IPA to wash everything down
Fresh ground bean brewed coffee with dessert

This just made me so hungry.....

I'm going for an Italian buffet, start with some appetizers - a nice roma tomato and red pepper bruschetta, followed by a nice Italian chop salad. Entrée sampler of lasagna, chicken parmesan, and tagliatelle in a nice 3 meat Bolognese sauce. Some tiramisu for desert followed by a nap.

Since my goal would be to win the Masters for a 2nd year in a row, I'd want to sabotage my competitors as much as possible. So my meal would be

The Runs
* Asparagus salad with brussel sprouts
* Baked beans
* Extra cheesy pasta
* Coffee and prune pudding

Italian menu-

Antipasto platter
Baked Four Cheese Ziti
Tricolore Salad with Parmesan
Garlic Bread
Olive Oil cake with Vanilla Oranges
Espresso/Cappuccino

Appetizer platter of thin-sliced prosciutto, honeydew melon, french bread drizzled with olive oil, unpitted green olives, and soft mozzarella.
