Hot sauce = Yes. Ketchup = not so sure.
It's a no on ketchup, but I can go with any variety of hot sauce for some punch. From Sriracha on up.
As to the breakfasts - I just gained 2 lbs just looking at those photos - and waffles - one of the few things I really miss from the last year + dieting. Enjoy every minute (minus the ketchup), and headcovers on irons.
