Man, the apex and king tour were the two most intriguing irons to me. You have two great sets to test out.

Right there with you. Already have orders in to replace irons and some "other stuff". So hard to resist.

If I have to predict, I am going to guess that the Apex will win out, because the one thing I felt was missing a bit from the Cobras is a little bit more juice in the 6 and 7 irons. If the mixed set gaps and the short irons work for me as well as the MIMs, I will have the perfect set for my game. It may well come down to the MMT 95 shafts. I did not get a chance to hit them before ordering. However, I have done will with SteelFiber and Recoils in the 95 gram class, so I think I’ll be fine.

Would love to see some comparison pics when you have everything on hand. I want to say the apex pro looked a little shorter than the mim. I wonder how the standard Apex compare. Could be the best of both worlds.

I hope it is the best of both worlds. It would truly be nirvana, because the MIMs are darn good irons.

In a way that is surprising to me. The length difference is significant. However, Callaway usually has shorter length heads from heel to toe, at least in my opinion. Even the Epic Forged are fairly compact.

Man they really are. Two great sets of clubs that seem to look pretty unique from one another but kind of fit a similar demographic. I haven’t tested extensively or head to head. But, I think the king tour may be a bit longer. I think the combo set will be a perfect blend to give you some extra oomph at the top end of the bag and maybe a little more precision on the lower half.
 
Not sure what the criteria was for being considered a "loyalist" but it must have been pretty steep. I spent roughly $5K in the last year on Callaway/Odyssey/Toulon and I did NOT get this offer. I am also a A15 member.

Doesn't mean I'll stop playing Callaway just wondering what the criteria was?

To keep the thread about Apex 21...I will more than likely put some money in for the Apex 21 Pros 5-AW with NS Pro 950GH Neo.

Delivery day on the first order of Pros. I may have to focus on work go play some frozen golf so I'm not just obsessing about when they'll arrive. Maybe a tune up with the matching IO/MB's. :unsure:
 
Showing mine as back ordered, which means I'll see them in March sometime hopefully. Not the end of the world, but posting since I just ordered on Saturday.

Well try to keep the faith if you didn't just order them. I think they have a little issue with that. Mine went from 'being customized' to 'backordered' to 'being packaged' or whatever in like a day.
 
I switched it up to give the MMT 105's a shot. Pretty excited even though these won't arrive until late February. I've been grooving on the sim at the store. Effectively, I'm in love.

I ordered first day. It's been sitting at 'being processed' since then. Still says that on the front order page but when I click on view details, it switches to 'backordered'. Still has the date range of 2/17-2/23 but this is the first time I've seen it say backordered. Trying to stay relaxed about it lol
