8 brands across my 14 clubs (and 2 different models across my Callaway irons).
 
4 brands but what used to be majority Taylormade has flipped to Callaway. And I used to HATE Callaway. Weird.

Callaway - Rouge Driver, Rouge 5&6 irons, Apex 19 7-PW, 50 degree MD4 and 56&60 PM Grind 2.0

Taylormade - M6 Three Wood

Tour Edge Exotics - CBX 119 20 degree hybrid & CBX 18 degree hybrid

I’ll say 2 calling my Odyssey putter a Callaway product. I have 1 Vokey wedge in the bag. Every thing else is Callaway.
 
14 and 1 brand - PXG. But it will change this week.

I'm going back to a Spider Tour putter after retesting it and finding I put better with it. Soon after I will be replacing wedges because they are worn out, and I wasn't happy with the PXG's. So I'm probably going to end up in Vokeys.

Woods might be up on the chopping block after the first of the year. They are okay, but definitely not the best and/or longest available.

Putter - Up for grabs currently have Odyssey but the Flux I won shows up on Thursday and may take the spot.
 
2 brands. Everything Taylormade except the putter and it is Ping.

I have two or three, depending on the putter. Cobra, Callaway and sometimes Cleveland or Piretti.

I'm playing 3 different brands in the 13 clubs I currently carry. I recently bought new clubs and was happy to mix and match but ended up with majority Callaway Rogue. (Driver, 4 hybrid, 5-PW irons.) I picked up a new Taylormade M6 5 wood off Ebay, I have a Taylormade Spider putter and 3 Ping Glide wedges.
