Good thing you did it online. The workers they were hiring to go out to those that don't fill it out online just had their training canceled.

Apparently someone came by our home when we were not there. They left the questionnaire on the door. I filled it out, and mailed it in.

I am waiting for mine in the mail so I can get the ID number to fill it out online.

I got a pamphlet from DMV but didn't see anything about doing it online.. will have to look at it again
