I don't know if this would be an accessory or not, but the only thing I think I HAVE to have when playing would be a hat. Never played golf without a hat on in my life. Everything else, rangefinder, ball marker, divot tool, all worked around. I showed up once without a hat and had to buy one.

I recently figured out how badly I needed “grip shield” for my sweat during the summer. It can be purchased on Amazon or at pga superstore. @Vader put me onto it. @BigDill and I used it at the budget championship. It’s a staple of my bag now.
 
Yes golf gloves for lefties players balls and long sleeves fleece would be awesome.....

I love my spotless swing club cleaner. It has a rough patch inside to clean the grooves.

My golf shoes. When I started playing again this year after a long layoff, I didn't have a pair. Now that I do, I would be lost without them

I was leaning glove, but I could make it work. I don’t know if it counts, but I couldn’t live without my shoulder straps. I don’t take a cart every time and if I didn’t have those when walking, I’d be in trouble
 
The most important accessory is my Garmin Approach G30. It is old but trustworthy.
