No, I would say Cascata is a closer competitor to Shadow creek with full golf amenities. Wynn is a great course but doesn't have a stand alone clubhouse nor range.

Agree.

Plus, now Wynn will be a bit shorter, as they have to reconfigure some holes around the new convention center they are putting in. That is going to cut through at least 3 fairways.
