What club do you chip with? One club for all situations or different clubs depending on the distance?
I vary it depending on multiple factors. The lie, distance, whether I am trying to get a butter one hop and stop or have it release to the hole. I mean there are just a lot of variables. A typical chip for me is mostly done with the same club because I can do a lot with it but there is no magic bullet that works for every situation.

There is another free instruction video out there from Top Speed Golf. Sort of long, but the guy doing instruction, Clay Ballard, gives pretty good info on the how’s and why’s of the different pitch and chip shots. If I can find it, I’ll add a link.

That video is superb and the first video I watch when my short game gets a little iffy.

I think the way that Stricker does it is much more simple. This is a very short video about it:

If you get the ball position right and turn your body then it becomes more simple.
