I have posted that the MISIG is really awesome as I have one. Inventor lives 2 blocks from where work. Great Guy! Isn't amazing how you feel the stretch in your shoulder?

I can tell you from just trying it out. This thing makes you feel the stretch and the burn along the Lats! I'm looking forward to giving it a go to see how it helps this old timer.

I actually met the creator of that device at my local course. I tested it out and it is pretty awesome. I'm glad that it had taken off since the show.
