My daughter makes me so proud in everything she does. From great grades to giving her all in everything she participates in. I just love spending time with her. Watching her grow up is the best part about life. I couldn't imagine life without her!

#girldad is trending hard on Twitter right now due to the reflection of how lucky it is to be a dad, in particular, to a daughter, after the recent Kobe Bryant helicopter tragedy involving the nine lost including the three girls. Maybe we can get this trending in the THP forum.

I’m lucky enough to have two great kids including my oldest, Josie, who will turn 17 in less than two weeks. I always tell her that I’ve loved her the longest because I saw her first during her birth. She’s a great kid, stubborn and difficult at times, but who isn’t? I couldn’t imagine my life without her and I could go on forever about her. Boys are great too but this about the girls in our life.

Here’s a favorite picture of us from a few years ago at a family gathering at the Half Moon Bay resort outside of San Francisco. Proud to call myself a #girldad!!

That's Awesome!!!

Kobe was right about there being nothing like being a #girldad.

It's getting even better now that she's my golfing buddy. Here's a photo from our first tournament together last summer.

I don’t have any great pictures on my phone of me and my girls due to me always taking the pictures ha ha. but here is one of them being awesome as always.

Some ugly dude got in this picture with #my3girls. Proud #girldad to the 2 on the left and very lucky husband to the third.

Sad day in our lives, had to stop at her work on the way to the vet for his last day.

Happy day, on our way back from Red Sox game.

Very cool to see all the stories/pictures. With as male dominated as these forums seem to be, its awesome to see the girls get the recognition! Great to see the family side of a lot of us as well!!

Kids always grow up so fast, it feels like yesterday when I first held my oldest in my arms after her birth. Now she's giving birth to her first child and my wife's and my first grand child. ;)

Storytime on Wednesday!

Love this. You dads rock!
Yeah, they are something. I remember a few days after one my sons learned to walk, he came ambling up to me looked up and asked for the car keys and wanted to borrow some money.

Well, thankfully my daughters take after their mother when it comes to the looks department instead of their father. I wouldn't wish that on any daughter of mine.
