Golf Hitting Mat. Advice.

You can get the Country Club Elite in a 3x4 foot size for around $300. It’s a fine mat. I’ve had mine for 3 years and it’s still like new.
 
Plus I was just looking at the sigpro again and it jumped from $199 to $249!
I know it's good and injury free, but that's getting pretty pricey for what it is. If I wear my Bullseye 3D out in a year or two I think I will try and do the DIY to build my own softy.

Although, I've hit several thousand balls on the bullseye now and it doesn't even show one sign of wear, looks like brand new still.
