If you are looking into a lifting program I would recommend Jim Stoppani's Shortcut to Size program. Muscle size and strength gains are amazing from this program. Download the app and follow the exercises to the letter and you will see results insanely fast. Don't feel obligated to follow the diet program to the T as I did not and still saw great results. I do suggest following the supplement plan though.I belong to a gym with locations across the street from my work and 10 min from my house. I usually go 4-5x per week. I go running outside on the weekend and do core work/ stretching at home if I can't make it.
I do a lot of yoga and body weight exercises as well as cardio to get me fit, I'm looking at starting a lifting routine soon.
