I guess that I would say that at the end of a 4 hour round, your hands are probably sweaty too, not to mention all the pesticides that are used on a golf course are on your hands (from picking up your ball 18 times or more in a round), so whats the big deal?
Personally, I was taught to remove your hat and shake hands after a round and even if someone ran their hands through their sweaty hair, it wouldnt really bother me because Im just going to wash my hands if I eat something after the round anyways.
If someone doesnt shake hands after a round, it doesnt really bother me either because not everyone was taught in the way that I was and some of the etiquette stuff is kind of old-fashioned.
