Been making bacon in the oven for years. I did try sous vide then pan fry but still messy.
Had to be some thick bacon to sous vide, probably really tender.

For years I only cooked it in a frying pan, but I need to try air fryer or baking again. It was soo good the last time I did it.

I'll do a microwave in a pinch, but it never turns out exactly how I want it.

I chose fry pan, but we use a cast iron pan for all the bacon

I’m of the mind that you cook it on the stovetop in as small a pan as possible with as much bacon as will fit. Cook on low heat to render the fat and slightly increase the heat as the pieces become submerged. Makes a perfectly even crispy slice of delight.

Air fryer. No fuss no muss. Turns out perfect and it's not as greasy.
