Should be multiple choice. We do. Flat top griddle, microwave, air fryer, and for large amounts, the oven. And in the end, its still awesome bacon.

Agreed. Easy, less mess, and just as goodused to be pan, but we've fully moved over to oven based bacon'ing.

This. Buddies trips or family brunch you are getting oven bacon.Large quantities I'll use an oven, but that's once in a decade. Otherwise its in the pan on the stove.
