Lift, Clean, and Place

I am ok with it. I play a lot of mini golf and the course are some times pretty beat. So life and place minus the clean some times gets regular. Lots of “ground under repair”.
 
Home course very nearly lost the fairways this year, so we’ve been LCP for the last couple months. Got quite used to it, doesn’t bother me at all, even though our sister course is not using LCP (their fairways are excellent though).

home course is replacing all fairways next year, so not much of a concern to anyone or the club right now.
 
Our course changed to it last week, and I like it. Over here, the winter conditions can be....interesting, and you're pretty much guaranteed a mud ball every single time you're in the fairway, if not actually plugged. You don't HAVE to lift it, but having the option when you have a truly lousy lie or ball condition makes a difference.
 
I'm not a pro, nor am I shooting in the 70s. If there's a clod of mud on my ball I'm cleaning it.
