My putter

I got a new putter for Christmas and hit it pretty well but im having some problems with speed. Got any tips.

Speed on the greens is a tuff one. The one thing a pro cannot give you is touch or feel. The best way to get a feel for the speed on the green is to hit putts while you are looking at the hole. Get set up and trust it, when you are ready to make your stroke I want you to look at the hole while you make the stroke. What this will do is give your eyes and arms a chance to gauge and develop a feel for speed. I found this to be very effective to the point where I now do this during my practice strokes on the course. Give this a try and let me know how things go.
