I've played a few Essex courses since a couple buddies live out that way, and we occasional hit cream ridge for an in between them and me. Really been wanting to a NJ meet up but hopefully early next season it'll be in the cards.

I am still new to the game, though since I moved to the area, trying to find people who I may join. That's why someone recommended this forum as a good start to build that network of local golfers and learn more about the game as there's a lot for me to learn :geek:

Nice! I live on Deerwood, I can see the 16th tee box and your 2nd or 3rd shot on 17 from my backyard. I am a member at Burlington Country Club
 
My wife's family was from Lakewood, but they escaped to Brick-tuckey. And that's what my NJ wife calls it. It's certainly a bit strange, we were up for a wedding on the coast and had a super time. Hoped to golf but it was cold and no time, next time (I hope).
