The sleet has started. Here’s hoping it is a short-lived band and the switch to snow comes quickly.

We are spending the weekend visiting friends in Desert Mountain(Scottsdale) We’ve been golfing and hiking each day and have had a lot of great meals. Desert Mountain has 7 courses, 6 clubhouses, and a Jim Flick Academy and is the largest and most impressive golf facility I’ve seen. If my wife liked the desert I‘d have it at the top of my list for retirement spots.

Friday night Classic Albums Live was in Toronto doing Abbey Road by the Beatles. What a great performance it was; 15 total musicians to pull it off, and close to 2 hours total of music.

I followed that up by going to see the Queen special in IMAX last night - they remastered the 1981 Montreal concert and it was only in theatres for this weekend. I happened upon it by accident, but I'm glad I did because it was a great production despite the footage being over 40 years old. You could almost count the individual hairs in Freddie's moustache when he is siting at the piano :ROFLMAO:

The park and mellow mushroom for lunch.

$48,500 for a '58 Strat 😬

They don't even need that "Do Not Touch" sign on the '54 Les Paul - at that price I wouldn't let my hands anywhere near it!

Nice night to walk Buster IMG_4165.jpeg

That Jazzmaster!

Holy crap, just saw the price on thy strat and les paul!

And there were plenty more there with equally outrageous prices. I just go to look. Talked to a couple of custom guitar builders who make some interesting guitars.
