I'm looking to replace the stock TFC149D Regular shaft in my 10.5 PING K15 and move to a Stiffer Shaft as my SS has gone upto 105 after lessons this spring, whereas used to be 90-95. I also wish to use a smaller shaft length, preferably down to 44.5" to have better control - something my instructor recommended

So my questions are...

1. Are there shaft good options people have experience with ? I have a high ball flight and looking to bring it down to a mid or mid-low level.

2. Also, how much will this shorter shaft length (1.25" shorter than stock) impact the driver swingweight and/or MOI

3. Can swingweight change be offset by using higher weight shaft plus lighter grip(Winn Lite) ?

Just don't want to mess up the Driver dynamics

Thanks for the feedback

YOu will need more info to get some good shaft info.
Shaft info is more than just Swing speed.
Tempo, Launch angle, spin numbers?
ALl of these will help make picking a shaft easier.
In the end, a fitting would be ideal.

Agree. Go get fit and they will put you in the best shaft.

Tapatalk... Loved by me hated by the wife.

Yeah, getting fit will help you pick the best shaft for your swing.

Thanks for the quick replies guys. Since I have irons fitting with Golftec next week, will ask if they can do a Driver fitting (maybe specific to K15 shaft) as well. Maybe a combo discount :D since I plan to purchase new set of irons anyways !
