Save 1: The Rest Go

Fries, cause you can get them loaded if you want, and then they are also just good by them selves

Fries. Screw the rest.:ROFLMAO:

Man, that's tough.

I guess I'd save the mashed, but mashed and baked are 1a and 1b.

Mashed, love me a mashed potato

I would have to keep french fries i think.

I'd stick with the fries.

Save the baked potato. It is a well designed base for an assortment of toppings. So, depending on how you select your extra ingredients the baked spud can end up as an outstanding side dish or a world class main course.

Definitely saving French fries!

Roasties are first choice, otherwise depends on what you’re eating.

Fries in a landslide, great finger food. None of the rest would be great on a road trip or out on the course.

Saving the one you have never had? Bold strategy.

I may or may not have misread the goal of this thread...:ROFLMAO:

Baked for me. Gotta have the nutrients of the skin and not fried.

Baked, loaded.

This is a no contest - the potato stays , core ingredient , can make everything else listed ( homemade ) from that )

I can't believe all the votes for mashed. I can save my french fries, and still have mashed cauliflower when I want the mashies. If mashed cauliflower is made right, I swear you can't tell the difference from mashed potatoes. (Don't even get me started on stuff like cauliflower pizza crust though, that's a whole different ball game!)
